Our luscious sweet sauces are slow-cooked the old-fashioned way: in small batches. Of course, we only use the finest natural ingredients and no artificial anything. They can be used to ripple over a simple scoop of ice cream or to finish a plate adorned with one of our beautiful individual frozen desserts.
Our Caramel Cream sauce is reminiscent of the much-loved Cahill’s Caramel of bygone days, and the Belgian Dark Chocolate sauce is just superbly smooth & thick. These ones are in wide neck jars because they are just too thick to bottle. Some folks eat them straight from the jar!
Our dessert syrups include:
- tangy Passionfruit with Grand Marnier;
- very berry Forest Berry; and
- superbly scented Vanilla Bean and Orange Blossom.
These are in elegant tall bottles with easy pouring spouts, and make great gifts.
