Frozen Yogurt & Gelato

These are our low-fat dairy products, generally with a fat content ranging between 2 & 4%. We have won more awards than you can poke a stick at for our gelati and our frozen yogurts, but we only make a small range of flavours in each of these styles.

The frozen yogurts are especially good in premium quality milkshakes and smoothies. They are made with live cultures of acidophilus, and have a tangy yogurt flavour.

Gelato is a product that is a cross between ice cream and sorbet: in this country, ice cream must have a minimum 10% fat from dairy products like milk and cream. Gelato is a much lighter product with a lower fat content, usually up to 4 or 5% dairy fat. Gelato also usually has a slightly higher sugar content than ice cream.

 


2010 Frozen Yogurt flavours include:

2010 Gelato flavours include:

  • Blackberry
  • Caffe Latte
  • Limoncello
  • Peach
  • Rockmelon

Note that these flavours are currently only available in 2L or 5L sizes.
