Just a quick complaint... I recently discovered your icecream at the Adelaide Markets and thought "hmm, interesting packaging, quirky flavours... has potential". I have sampled a number of the flavours available in my area. It's all been good.

Sadly, my discovery of your brand has not gone unpunished. Over the past couple of months I have mysteriously 'lost' more than $100. I have less mysteriously gained approximately 4kgs. I am so disappointed with the results of your brand that I have had to join the local gym... what is worse though is that I don't seem to find time to go to the gym, but always seem to find time for the icecream.

Not only that, but it's really cold here at the moment. My house isn't heated, so sits at a temperature of about 14 degrees. Did you know that 1/3 of a tub of your icecream requires that I wear a second jumper to keep warm? It's quite the saga. I've tried wearing gloves too, but then I can't hold a spoon properly. Something had to go, so naturally it was the gloves.

I am sure I am not alone with my comments. Or the fact that Espresso is my favourite flavour. It's never available, so some other cold, overweight icecream-addicted Adelaidean is beating me to it.

So keep up the good work. My gym instructor thanks you.

I just wanted to say that i LOOOOOVE your ice cream! I have discovered it in my local IGA and adore the Hokey Pokey flavour! Please continue to make such amazing ice cream! I am going to hassle them to expand their flavours too so i can try more and more!

My saviours. Years spent scouring freezers in Aus and the UK, for Scandinavian, US and Italian, over priced and under tasting products, to satisfy my wife's desire for ice cream. Last weekend we discovered a hint of your range at "Fresh Provisions" in Mount Lawley WA. My wife (and I) are in ecstasy. Please, never "sell out" in both product and quality.

I have just bought a tub from a convenience store around the corner from work in the city - and I am a big fan. Best icecream yet! Very fond of the flavours.

We bought a medium sized mint choc chip, dark choc ice cream cake from Serendipity (Richard) on Saturday for our daughters birthday party. What can I say, from first enquiry to final consumption kids etc. ate loads and loved it (still a bit left but have cannily concealed it in freezer for late night 'Nigella' style raids....) an absolute joy, it was delicious, sublime, fantabulous, and you were right Richard, size does matter......I'll be back (really needs to be said Arnie style but you get my drift)! THANK YOU.
