Syrups & Sauces

Our luscious sweet sauces are slow-cooked the old-fashioned way: in small batches. Of course, we only use the finest natural ingredients and no artificial anything. They can be used to ripple over a simple scoop of ice cream or to finish a plate adorned with one of our beautiful individual frozen desserts.

Our Caramel Cream sauce is reminiscent of the much-loved Cahill’s Caramel of bygone days, and the Belgian Dark Chocolate sauce is just superbly smooth & thick. These ones are in wide neck jars because they are just too thick to bottle. Some folks just eat them straight from the jar!

Our dessert syrups include tangy Passionfruit with Grand Marnier, very berry Forest Berry, and superbly scented Vanilla Bean and Orange Blossom. These are in elegant tall bottles with easy pouring spouts, and make great gifts.
