  • Hands On Ice Cream Classes

    Dates for our Autumn 2010 Hands On Ice Cream classes have been released.

    Beginners classes assume no prior knowledge of ice cream other than an enthusiasm for eating it, and a willingness to learn. We start with milk, cream, eggs and sugar, then guide you through the process of making a Crème Anglaise.
